LOCAL DELIVERY

Our products can be delivered in NYC and surrounding area. For deliveries between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm, the following rates apply:

NYC ... between 35th Street and 125th Street - $20
NYC ... below 34th Street and above 125th Street - $25
NYC ... above 160th Street - $35
Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens - $35
Staten Island - $48

Note: Between 7:00 and 9:00 am and 4:00 and 6:00 pm a $5 surcharge applies.

SHIPPING WITHIN NORTH AMERICA

All products except layer cakes are available for shipping. Our products are professionally packaged using eco-friendly, biodegradable containers specifically designed for this purpose. Your order is baked fresh and shipped frozen. Every effort is made to deliver your purchase to you in the same condition that it leaves our store.

REFUND POLICY

Pip's goal is for you to be happy with your order and will strive to ensure this happens. There are certain events during shipping that are beyond our control and for which we cannot be held responsible.  If Pip's has made an error, we may issue a credit for your order.  Pip's cannot refund your order if there was incorrect delivery information, you experienced a delay caused by weather or package refusal, or you were not home when your package was delivered. You must report any dissatisfaction immediately upon receiving your package and submit a photo of your order to contact@pipsplacenyc.com.
