FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is that really gluten free?
Everything at Pip’s Place is 100 percent gluten free. Our homemade, hand-crafted recipes for cookies, cakes, muffins and more are the result of years of creativity and experimentation in our kitchen to come up with the perfect-tasting gluten free treats for our own family.
What is in a gluten free diet?
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. It is also a food additive in the form of flavoring. Gluten-free foods, including all items sold at Pip’s Place, are prepared and baked without these ingredients. A gluten-free diet is the only medically accepted treatment for celiac disease.
