Is that really gluten free?
Everything at Pip’s Place is 100 percent gluten free. Our homemade, hand-crafted recipes for cookies, cakes, muffins and more are the result of years of creativity and experimentation in our kitchen to come up with the perfect-tasting gluten free treats for our own family.

What is in a gluten free diet?
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. It is also a food additive in the form of flavoring. Gluten-free foods, including all items sold at Pip’s Place, are prepared and baked without these ingredients. A gluten-free diet is the only medically accepted treatment for celiac disease.

Are you certified Gluten Free?
Pip’s is accredited through the Gluten Free Food Service Accreditation Program, which is a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group.

Are you nut free?
No

Are you Kosher?
As of today, Pip's Place is not certified Kosher.

How can I place an order?
Call the cakery at 212.360.6400 between 7 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday and between 8 am and 8 pm on the weekends. Or place your order on our website.

What do you use instead of wheat flour?
We use three unique flour mixtures that contain as many as five different gluten free flours.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. That is why our treats are best enjoyed within a day or two. Using an airtight container will help to preserve freshness. Only products using cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated.

How many locations do you have?
Pip’s first location is at 1729 – 31 First Avenue (between 89th and 90th Street) on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
